Data Deletion Request

Elixor, Inc. provides a deletion process for personal information and customer data processed through our website or AI voice agent services.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- Your name and email address.
- Your company name, if the request relates to a business account.
- The type of data you want deleted, such as account information, contact details, call recordings, transcripts, or support messages.
- Any relevant account ID, phone number, workspace name, or call reference that helps us locate the data.
Verification
We may ask for information to verify your identity, authority, or relationship to the account before acting on a request. For customer-controlled data, we may direct you to the account administrator.
Timing
We aim to respond within 30 days, unless applicable law or the complexity of the request requires more time. Some data may remain in backups, logs, legal records, billing records, or security records for a limited period where permitted by law.
Customer administrators
If you are an Elixor customer administrator, you may request deletion of workspace data, knowledge sources, call records, transcripts, extracted fields, and user accounts according to your contract.
