Encrypted audio Role access Audit trail Retention rules

Data protection

Elixor protects call audio, transcripts, extracted fields, and operational records using encryption in transit and at rest. Data retention is configured according to customer agreement and applicable law.

Access governance

Use role-based access, workspace separation, least-privilege permissions, and administrative controls for users who can view calls, export data, modify agents, or intervene live.

Human oversight

Supervisors can monitor live calls, define confidence thresholds, review flagged conversations, and take over interactions that require judgment or sensitive handling.

Auditability

Elixor records AI actions, supervisor interventions, CRM writes, knowledge source retrieval, exports, and configuration changes to support operational review.

Compliance posture

Configurable controls for regulated conversations.

Customers are responsible for configuring call recording notices, consent, scripts, data retention, and workflow rules for their region and industry. Elixor provides the tooling to make those policies operational.

We do not claim certifications until they are formally completed and available under contract. Security questionnaires can be requested at [email protected].
