By accessing or using Elixor AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Description of Service

Elixor provides AI-powered voice agents, communication automation tools, workflow integrations, analytics, transcription services, data extraction tools, and related technologies for businesses and organizations.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for prompts, workflows, configurations, and communications generated through your account.
• You are responsible for obtaining legally required consents for call recording and AI interactions.
• You must not use the Service for fraudulent, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or specified in a written agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Elixor and its associated software, branding, interfaces, infrastructure, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws. Customers retain ownership of their uploaded data and business content.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elixor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the Service.
